Thanks to ASE we now have a brand new bathroom fitted by ASE Install who were friendly, reliable, hardworking and tidy. The whole team were excellent and able, led by Andy the Installation Manager. Daniel, our bathroom designer was approachable and hardworking. He has an excellent knowledge of bathroom products. We would recommend ASE to anyone. Using ASE for products and ASE Install for fitting provided us with the security and reliability we wanted. We are very pleased!

I was delighted with the end result that I had received, I did have a couple of queries all of which were sorted out very quickly. Andy and James were very considerate, clean and the aftercare was fantastic and we would have no hesitation recommending ASE to anyone or using them again.

I had been recommended ASE by a friend. At the time my only hesitation when working with them was financial. The best thing about working with ASE is the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, the reliability, and not having to work with different trades, but knowing they would turn up to do what was promised was reassuring. I would recommend ASE as a company but don't know anybody locally with a project in mind. There was just one minor thing I would have liked to have done differently when I went away for a week while the floor was being laid being able to do that, completely trusting 5 or 6 workmen in my home was a massive positive), but while I was away a couple of small decisions were made, without me being asked about what I wanted. These were rectified by Scott the Project Manager but could have been avoided. Mostly the experience was very positive and I am very happy with the result and quality of workmanship, 5 stars overall. Scott was very efficient and keen to make sure I got the result I wanted. Luke was superb. He was patient with me when I asked questions and was so keen to do an excellent quality job. When I was away he sent images and video footage of what they'd done that day and that was incredibly reassuring. He and everyone work hard, and long hours and I couldn't have asked for more.

I am very pleased indeed with the end result of my bathroom project, family and friends have been in great admiration of the very high standards of planning and workmanship shown. My first impression was it looked even better than I had hoped. I had been looking for some time for a reliable firm in the Leominster area and the recommendation came. I am glad I chose you. The long planning discussions with Daniel Mellings have proven their worth, and I have again become aware of the value of thoroughness and experience, and also of choosing quality materials. I am practically grateful to all involved in doing the actual work.

We chose ASE for our new bathroom project because it was the nearest supplier of Villeroy & Boch bathroom products. As we did not have any previous knowledge or recommendation we were a little apprehensive at the onset of the project. We were however very impressed with the ethos of all the ASE team without exception. We were very pleased with the selection process and the adequate time given to those issues which were of concern to us. The opportunity to see a wide range of stock was helpful and the advice given was comprehensive. We were very pleased with the end result. Initially, our greatest concern was the standard of installation. We were delighted with the high standard achieved and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure having members of the ASE Install team on site, they are a credit to both ASE and themselves. Whilst all of the team impressed us, Gary stood out for his enthusiasm and skill as a carpenter. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending ASE in the future.

We found ASE when we searched the web for a local Kitchen & Bathroom Supplier. We would recommend ASE to anyone because all staff are professional, reliable and straight forward. The workmanship is very good - professional and cheerful team - we liked that fact that they made suggestions along the way which helped achieve an excellent result. The installation took place whilst we where having extensive groundwork carried out, the ASE team were thoughtful and considerate in very trying conditions, constantly changing footwear to minimise the amount of mud carried into the house.
